- "Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether thy are of God; because many false prophets are gone out into the world." 1 John 4:1
In past eras and generations, there have arisen periods marked by a groundswell of restlessness and discontentedness among people with a proclivity for spiritual matters and concerns. Such persons have been understandably turned off by the blatantly compromised trappings of watered down denominationalism. In order to harness such potential for reform within the religious realm of experience, the satanic powers have seen fit to engender the formation of certain major false religions. These notable religious enterprises have been surreptitiously funded and directed by an unseen force. Primary examples of the phenomenon being spoken of would be Mormonism, the Jehovahs Witnesses, and the Christian Science religion. In each of these entities, a central figure was allowed to flourish and garner a notable following. In Mormonism, the individual was Joseph Smith; with the Jehovahs Witnesses it was Charles Taze Russell; and in Christian Science the progenitor was Mary Baker Eddy. These groups, and many others of similar structure and composition, have siphoned off untold millions, a certain percentage of whom would have otherwise been potential candidates to join genuine reform minded efforts within organized mainstream religion. Groups of this nature all share in common their denial of the essential or pillar doctrines of the true Christian faith. Specifically, they are marked by blatant denial of the Godhood or divinity of Jesus Christ. They also typically manifest the fatal error embodied in the "were the one true church" mentality. In these regards such religious organizations as those of which we are speaking clearly qualify for classification under the label of "cult." We will work to expose the damning truth about these counterfeit operations. Our intent in so doing will be to help prevent as many as possible from being or remaining ensnared in the insidious and potentially lethal doctrines of the aforementioned and other similar groups.
